Webster's Pages Warehouse Sale Kit

I recently purchased one of the kits from Webster's Pages for $25 which has a net worth of $75. There are some really nice papers and vellum pages as well. I love all the embellishments especially the "sparklers" and ribbon pieces. And I get to play with some of those petite papers. This was a great buy. TFSB

altered Rolodex Cards

I have completed my swaps for the YPP Rolodexing with My Homie. These were fun to make using what I had in my supply box. I placed a piece of lightweight chipboard in the middle for stability. I think I will do a few designs just to have around. I just hope the ladies will like my designs. I also made a small video showing the designs, so check out my channel MsJaay101. Altered Rolodex

I wanted to fancy up my rolodex holder with a some designer paper, lace , trim, few dollar store flowers, and a pick from Michaels. This will look so nice with my new altered rolodex cards when they arrive.

Flower Swap & Altered Notebook

I recently participated in a flower swap over at the paperpantry.ning.com. And I couldn't decide which flowers to make. I have so many flowers made now from trial and error. But these were my submission and all were made with fabric or ribbon. These would be great for a page layouts and mini books. The green and purple ones are great hair clips as well. And I also been working on altered composition notebooks for friends and family.

Graduation Caps

We have graduations coming upon us. So, I decided to make a few caps as party favors. Found these graduation caps at my local craft store. They are filled with mini Snickers and Three Muskateers. These ribbons can be done in the same color as the graduating class. A quick and easy party favor.

Birthday Candybar

I did some designing this weekend and made this for someone's birthday. I will have to start designing more. I think these came out really nice. I just hope the birthday lady likes them.

Altered Chalkboard

I am still altering items as I visit Michael's. I altered this chalkboard, the front and the back. This was done for my niece and she loved it.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all. Here is a card I saw as a bonus in the "Paper Crafts Magazine" for the month of May/June 2011. I used most of the products from what I had in my stash. There is one thing that I really want and cannot find is the seam binding. I can't seem to find any anywhere in my craft stores . But anyway here is the card I made for my mom. Altered Cigar Box

I was inspired by all the beautiful boxes that were swapped by Jade's Super Secret Squirrel Swap. I had to make one of these for myself since I missed the opportunity to participate. This was a challenge for me. I could not get that crackle effect on my box, some crackled spots but not the entire box. But I still kept going and this is the final result. I think it came out really nice.
