Simple Fold Photo Album

Today I went shopping for some paper stacks at Joanns and along the way I went to the dollar store. I found this photo album, after seeing one of the samples I decided to get pick up a few. I found this perfect pick at Micheals and decided it should go on the cover of the album. Finishing off my Recollection pieces, flowers and butterflies. (I added another flourish to that blank space at the top). This will be for the nurse at my school for "Nurses Day" which is May 6th. These would also make a great gift for Mother's Day.

Egg Place Card Holders

I did not get a chance to post these on Sunday for Easter. Inspiration came from a craft magazine. These are made from paper-mache eggs and on the bottom is a large button. I used my Bigshot to cut the small ornate frame. These would make great favors for any occasion not just Easter.

Altered Wooden Box

I worked on another wooden box T from the $1 bin at Michaels. After painting I adhered designer paper using Mod Podge, added some bling, flower sprigs and flower pearl trim on the edge of the box. This turned out really nice for my second altered box. These would make great gifts for Mother's Day.

Easter Party Favors

I worked on a few projects today. I made the baskets to hold the candy tubes that I filled with Jellybeans, and I also filled the lightbulb jars with jelly beans as well, added a small Easter sentiment and a scallop circle to the bottom. These are simple projects and make great party favors.

Mintbook Party Favors

I was very busy last week with the birthday party favors and a last minute order of 200 mintbooks for my Aunt's church. I am so sleep deprived, LOL! They turned really nice.

Nintendo Party Favors

These are the remaining party favors from Saturday. Cupcakes were topped with white chocolate to resemble "Toad" also known as a 1-up or freebie. We also included Toad candy holders filled with sour candies, and the Mario Birthday Cake. Immediate family members wore Nintendo T-Shirts (Team Mario, Team Luigi, Toad "Get A Life", and the entire Mario Team T-Shirt) All were on sale at JCPennys. And the Michael Jackson game for the Wii is awesome! If you have the Wii and want excitement at your next party get that Michael Jackson game and learn some moves.

Wee Remote Party Favors

My nephew's birthday is Saturday and the theme is "Bring Your Wii Remotes. So, I decided to make a few party favors using the standard size Hershey candy bars. These were made for the class party he is having today. These turned out really nice. Also, hop on over the creativehayescreations and check out her popcorn bars, they are really nice as well. Her link is to the right on my blog list.

Here Comes The Easter Bunny

Well, here is my try at Audrey's Easter bunny. I will be entering the bunny in a contest tomorrow at my hubby's job. We are hoping to win first place. I also included some personalized candy bars "Bunny Bucks" and a few chocolate Easter eggs. I will add a few finishing touches with styrofoam eggs just at the base of the basket. Thank so much Audrey for the instructions.

Carrot Treat Box

Creating a few favors for the Easter holiday. After seeing Angies carrot box, I decided to cut my box using the cake slice box on Tie The Knot cartridge. Cut at 3". These make cute little favors.
